The information you share with OTICOM TV allows us to provide the products and services while giving you the very best shopping experience.

OTICOM TV do not sell or rent your personal information with other company. We may share your personal information in limited circumstances, such as to conduct our business, when legally required, or with your consent.

Our Android boxes contain a whole set of functions and applications that allows customers to access third party’s apps like YouTube, Kodi,  Games etc, We do not host, provide, archive, store or distribute media of any kind. OTICOM TV does not offer any streaming media service, If customer download or/and install any app for the use any streaming media, OTICOM TV will not be responsible for customer actions, if customer purchase the Extended warranty and support service OTICOM TV may help customer for setup or provide guidance to resolve the technical issue question. but cannot guarantee it if the issue can resolve for any third party software or app. the customer would have to speak to the provider of the app directly to resolve the issue

All our Android boxes require an Internet OTICOM TV connection; in order to get the best quality, we recommend that you connect this box through Ethernet OTICOM TV cable. While using any of our Android boxes if any videos or streaming is slow, freezing or connection issue that means that there is a problem with customer internet OTICOM TV and has nothing to do with OTICOM TV box since we cannot control or resolve any issues related to customer’s internet OTICOM TV. This device lets users enjoy the IP based OTICOM TV works with convenience, ease, and simplicity. The device aims for simplicity in its roots creating an experience that the users would be able to enjoy without any hassle.

All our TV boxes comes with 30 days money back guarantee from the date of purchase. In case of claiming money back, customer need to call the customer service department and if we are unable to resolve the issue, customer can ship the device back to us in a re-salable condition by using the return label and once the item is received the amount will be refunded deducting the shipping and handling cost. The money will not be refunded if customer is having connection problem, slow, freezing or any kind of streaming issues since OTICOM TV do not support or guarantee any kind of streaming or services. Return shipment label will be provided via email and must be printed and ship back within 48 hrs from the date of return shipping label otherwise the label will be expired and the customer must pay for shipping. If the item is received after 30 days from the date of purchase the money back guarantee will be avoided and refund will not be issued. If a customer files a dispute/charge-back for any reason with their financial institution before shipping the merchandise, customer will be charged a $24.99 + shipping and handling fee without any notice and the amount will be refunded when the item is received and inspected, Item must have all accessories and must be in resalable condition. If the item is missing accessories or not in a resalable condition the full item amount will be charged without any notice. The box comes with 1-year manufacturer warranty and can be claimed directly with the manufacturer.
